Shipping Policy


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or specialty items may require additional processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Freight Shipping (Large Items): 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Freight & Large Item Shipping

Oversized items (such as bumpers, wheels, lift kits, etc.) may ship via freight.

A valid phone number is required for freight delivery scheduling.

The customer is responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier before signing.

Failure to report damage at delivery may void damage claims.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.
Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they ship.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.

Returns Policy


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused

The item is in original packaging

The item is in resalable condition

Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

Custom or special-order items

Installed or used parts

Electrical components

Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the damage and packaging

Keep all original packaging materials

We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
